Kinesio Taping

There are numerous methods of treatment used to stop or ease the pain. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are generally used to treat pain syndromes of almost any location. The main disadvantage of NSAIDs is the adverse effect on the gastrointestinal tract. In turn, changes in the gastric and intestinal mucosa cause referred pains in the reflex zones located near the spine.

Today, an effective therapy which has no side-effects is available in our outpatient clinic.

Belarus was one of the first CIS countries that started using Kinesio taping (plaster tapes) to treat pain.

The kinesio taping method was developed 30 years ago in Japan to treat and rehabilitate professional athletes.

Tapes relieve the muscular tension, allow freely movement and reduce the post-injury rehabilitation period.

Kinesio taping is used to prevent and treat various pain syndromes. Tapes are applied by experienced specialists. It ensures optimal therapeutic results.

Hydrotherapy (hydrotherapeutic procedures)

Hydrotherapy (hydrotherapeutic procedures) is carried out in room 111.

Hydrotherapy is the external use of fresh water with addition of various substances in medical rehabilitation and preventive care. We provide a wide range of total and local hydrotherapeutic procedures.

Underwater massage treatment

During the procedure a patient seats in the bath and is massaged with water under pressure of 1-4 atm. Different tube nozzles are used to provide either one or several jets of water. Such bath helps to relax muscles, ease pains, improve blood circulation and stimulate tissue trophism. Underwater massage treatment is considered to be one of the best combined procedures. Ocean forte bath provides a combination of manual underwater massage treatment with massage of the selected areas of a patient’s body using specials spray nozzles. The spray nozzles ensure additional massage.
